Economic Analysis of Managing of the Company Zemědělské družstvo Předhradí

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to assess financial health of the company Zemědělské družstvo Předhradí and reveal its position within the chosen agricultural cooperatives of the Pardubice region. The economic analysis is conducted from the perspective of owners during the period of 2007-2011. The theoretical-methodological part deals with the terms and financial analysis tools which are then applied to real data in the practical part. Then the horizontal and vertical analysis and parallel system of financial ratios are used which is supplemented by a pyramidal decomposition of return on equity. In addition, the net working capital, some chosen credibility and bankruptcy models, system of ratios related to the unit of area and finally intercompany comparison are done. In conclusion, the overall financial situation of the cooperative is assessed and some recommendations for the future development are suggested.

Financial analysis of the company ZNOVÍN ZNOJMO, a.s.

The aim of this thesis is to judge of financial situation of the wine-making joint-stock company ZNOVÍN ZNOJMO using absolute, differential indicator and ratios, analysis of creditworthy and bankruptcy models, pyramidal decomposition of return on equity. The financial health of the company is also compared with the sales-largest competitors in the wine-making industry. The financial analysis basis on data of annual reports issued by the company in the period of the years 2005 -- 2010 and is mainly intended for the investor.

Influence of financial crisis on managing of the particular company

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine how the management of Kamen Zbraslav, spol s.r.o. company was developed in 2007-2011 and to what extent was the company affected by financial crisis. Another objective is to evaluate the financial situation of the company. To evaluate the state of the company in particular years the methods of the financial analysis were used. This work is divided into four parts: introduction, theory, application and conclusion. Main meaning and methods of financial analysis are explained in theoretic part, in application part these methods are applied to Kamen Zbraslav company. How much has the financial crisis influenced this company is described in conclusion. Absolute, ratio and difference indicator methods are made in this thesis. Other areas the thesis is focused on are: economic value added, balance rules, bankruptcy and quality models, economic standards, decomposition of ROE and comparison with industry sector.

Financial analysis of Vodafone Czech Republic a.s.

The goal of this thesis is to perform external financial analysis of Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. in the period from 1st April 2006 to 31st March 2011. In the methodological part are defined used methods (horizontal and vertical analysis, balance sheet rules, ratio analysis, pyramidal decomposition of ROE, working capital, EVA, creditworthy and bankruptcy models). This section is followed by brief introduction of company. For the analytical part were used financial statements. The thesis also contains comparison with competitors in the telecommunications activities (T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s., Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s.).

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess financial health of the company Arysta LifeScience Czech s.r.o. during the period of 2006 - 2011. Theoretical part of this thesis contains the calculation methodology of the indicators of financial analysis, including justification for their use. The practical part of this thesis focuses on assessment of financial health of the company using the indicators introduced in the theoretical part. Financial analysis is conducted from the perspective of managers, using internal company data. The conclusion summarizes the findings of the financial situation, identifies strengths and weaknesses of the company and offers recommendations for improvement of the current situation.
